HITCO markets its products and services nationwide through a network of highly qualifies agents and distributors . the selection of distributors is based on their abilities and knowledge and it is a matter which we take very seriously .the role of Hamcho Information Technology is not limited to selling and marketing products but we offer also a full logistic support for these products through its several maintenance centers located in Damascus and other cities in Syria .logistic support is offered jointly with the maintenance center of our distributors and agents . additionally HITCO offers maintenance and repair services in the customer's premises wherever they are in Syria .
the principle of our after sale services that any equipment should be repaired within 12 hours of the failure being notified if the equipment is in the area of Damascus . in the case that the failure could not be rectified in the customer's premises the equipment is temporarily replaced - wherever possible - until it is repaired in our well equipped central workshop .
the high reliability of our products is the basis of our offered warrantee, thus HITCO tries its best to keep the customer with a peace of mind and offers one year technical warrantee for all sold products, HITCO also undertake to sign three years maintenance contracts at the end the free warrantee period .
HITCO maintains a wide spectrum of spare parts in its stores using an advanced computerized stock control system, the status of each component is monitored so as to make a new order when the quantity goes below a certain level .
